Oranges on sale

The Dutch government has bought a stock of Jaffa oranges in Palestine. The first shipment arrives by ship in the port of Rotterdam. SHOTS: -Crane hoists pallets with crates from the hold of a ship and puts them down on the quay; -the pallets are driven into a hall; the crates with oranges are taken off and distributed (to vegetable traders?); -man eats an orange.
