Documentary about a party held by the Veloç Sport Balear, a sports society founded in 1896 in Palma to promote cycling. The Pedal Festival took place in Son Company (Montuiri) in 1915 and in Arenal in 1917; footage of the start of the race from Espanya Square in Palma, the cyclists riding idly through the streets, arrival in Arenal and the cyclists on the road.
