Mr P K Ghosh of Calcutta , who has already achieved a reputation for endurance swimming has set a new world record by swimming in Cornwallis tank , Madra , for Twenty four hours with both his hands handcuffed . His performance was watched by a crowd of twenty thousand people ._x000D_
