Headdress of a native civil servant (cooloeq), truncated cone-shaped, entirely covered with black satin; upper and lower edges trimmed with gold galloon (sèrèt-djêné); also the upper surface decorated with two intersecting bands of gold galloon, which run to the lower edge.
