Post-Kyoto Summit

The climate change conference starting tomorrow in Durban in South Africa is the last opportunity to renew the still existing Kyoto Protocol before it expires next year. The last two annual UN conferences against climate change have crashed in the objective of defining the post-Kyoto plan.
