Geoffrey H. Woodward films his wife Kay and young daughter Alexis at the beach and in the countryside. Mother and baby pose for the camera against a backdrop of cliffs, beached fishing boats on which children climb, and incoming tides. The film ends with close-up portraits of Alexis sitting up on a rug, in long grass and playing.
