Proclamation restricting the free entry of tramps, vagabonds, witches, and Jews to specific parts of the province of Friesland and calling on all citizens not to provide them with accommodations or give them money. Any citizen caught assisting a Jew would be punished to the full extent of the law. Signed August 21, 1765.
