Windbell
Small bronze bell with internal bronze clapper. Attached and suspended from the clapper is a thin leaf-shaped sheet of gilded iron. These small Burmese bells are suspended in pagoda temples and they chime when this pendant catches the wind. This bell was recovered from a bombed pagoda in Mandalay by Capt. A. J. Parfitt, Royal Engineers, in February 1945.
