Allanite-(Ce) from Amelia Pegmatite
Allanite is a sorosilicate group of minerals within the broader epidote group that contain a significant amount of rare-earth elements (REEs). The mineral occurs mainly in metamorphosed clay-rich sediments and felsic igneous rocks.
