Street sign of the Avenue des Champs Élysées, Paris
The Avenue des Champs Elysées is probably one of the best-known streets in the world. Located to the west of Paris on the right bank, this promenade was named after the mythical Greek paradise in the early 18th century. Since then, it has been the setting for films, advertising spots and major events such as the end of the Tour de France, or the festivities of 14th of July, French national day.
