Photograph of Alexander McGregor in a group at Dalzill House, Motherwell. He was a member of both the Seaforths and The Gordon Highlanders seeing service in France where he was shot, the bullet passing through his neck. Dalzill house had been contributed by the Duke and Duchess of Hamilton as a convelescent home. Alexander is middle row, extreme right.
