Hercules statue from Hatra
Nude Hercules statue. The right arm of Hercules is lost while the left arm holds a lion's skin. From Hatra (modern Al-Jazira region, Ninawa Governorate, Iraq), Mesopotamia. Parthian period (138 BC-224 AD). Part of the collections in the Slemani Museum, Sulaymaniyah, Iraq. Digitised by attendees during the Tech 4 Heritage workshops.
