Georges Ristitch a serbina man woorking in a french gun powder factory
Georges Ristitch, grandfather of contributor Guy Gaudin, a Serbian soldier born in 1897, was assigned as a worker to the Ripault gunpowder factory in Indre-et-Loire during the 1914-1918 war. He worked there until 1919 and met his future wife there. His grandson Guy Gaudin knew him well but Georges Ristitch spoke very little about the war.
