Ein Aufklärungsflieger aus der Fliegerabteilung 233 - Porträts, Vermisstenmeldung
Portraits of a reconnaissance pilot. Hand-written notice declaring him missing after a night-flight.
In May, among other things, non-commissioned officer Richard Scholl, as a reconnaissance pilot in Fliegerabteilung 233, had himself photographed alone and with his comrades. In the night of September 25-26, 1918, he took off from Mars sous Bourcq on a reconnaissance flight from which he never returned. A handwritten missing persons report was sent to his family.
