Overhead power line north of Lochgilphead: watching briefs
Watching briefs were kept in March and April 2011 during the excavation of trenches at several locations along power lines in the Kilmichael and Duntrune areas. At NR 80952 96612, close to several prehistoric monuments around Poltalloch, the summit of a natural mound was stripped to increase clearance for an overhead cable.
