Holmia mickwitzi (Schmidt)
Schmidtiellus mickwitzi (Schmidt), earlier named Holmia mickwitzi Schmidt, is the oldest Estonian trilobite found within Lower-Cambrian blue clays at Kunda region, Estonia. The name indicates both the founder of the trilobite (August Mickwitz) and its first describer (Friedrich Schmidt). Trilobites belong to a class of extinct arthropods.
