Fragment of linen from a male shroud. Early to mid 2nd century AD from Thebes. This shows the right area of the chest of an Osiris figure wearing a bead net over a red garment. The Osiris figure wears a shrine-shaped pendant with an ibis inside. Osiris' hand holds a flail. The beginning of a column for inscription is visible and some hieroglyphs are preserved.
