A brass confectionery stamp for Joseph Bellamy & Sons Ltd. In 1870 the company started manufacturing confectionery in Leeds, but in 1899 moved to Castleford. Joseph Bellamy converted the Mountain Nail Works in Queen Street into a liquorice refinery and confectionery factory. Later the company moved to Wheldale Mills.
