Shoulder cloth with depiction of Queen Wilhelmina and the Dutch lion
The central motif on this cloth is probably derived from silver coins on which Wilhelmina is depicted. Wilhelmina is depicted as a deceased ancestor (the ribs on her body are visible) and she is wearing the traditional Sumbanese gold earrings, mamuli, in addition to her crown. \This cloth probably does not date from the time of Queen Wilhelmina, but was made especially for sale.
