Seventeen years to recover drug addicts in Cape Verde
El-Shaddai tents are Cape Verde’s drug addicts recovery center. Since its opening in 1996 in the town of Pedra Padeja, municipality of Santa Cruz, island of Santiago, have already received more than 800 people.
