SERIES TITLE: 30 minutes
Coinciding with TVC’s first satellite broadcast, the report looks at the contradictions between the evolution of technology and the legal framework binding it, which is normally defined after the fact, and between television without borders and the wish of some authorities to control what their citizens watch.
