SPAIN: POLICE CRACKDOWN ON INTERNET PIRACY CLOSING 21 WEBSITES THAT OFFERED ILLEGAL FILM AND MUSIC DOWNLOADS
SERIES TITLE: EVENING NEWS
The police have closed down several pirate websites offering illegal downloads of music and film. Ten people were arrested in the operation and it is estimated that these websites cost the film industry approximately 1,000 million euros annually.
