Runners, Olympic Games Issue Seoul, Republic of Cyprus
Just as in previous Games, the Seoul Olympics experienced boycotts from North Korea who was very upset at not being considered a co -host, and then followed by Ethiopia and Cuba. Their non-participation did not have an adverse effect on the Games as these turned out to bevery large, exciting and competitive.
