Bringing the Austrian Kaffee und Kuchen tradition to London
My story is about moving from Austria to London, and the food I've made in this time.
I grew up in a village between Salzburg and Linz, in a beautiful region called Salzkammergut with 64 lakes and rolling hills. There were lovely woods to walk in and beautiful lakes nearby for swimming which I often miss in London.
