- Ownership based on a note f. 105v in the same hand as the text on ff. 101-105: "Dit boeck hoort toe Simon Nanninck soen sceepmaker wonende in spaernwouwer straet binnen der stede van haerlem". – f. 10v contains an younger note: "int iaer ons heren dusent vijf hondert ende x viij doe sterf heil jans dochter sonnen daes voer sinte aerris dach".
