Antifungal and antigenotoxic effects of oleuropein
Activity of oleuropein, a phenol secoiridoid present in olive tree products, its derivative hydroxytyrosol and water extract of olive leaf were investigated using in vitro tests against opportunistic fungal pathogen Candida albicans.
