Demonstration against expansion of ultra centrifuge plant

One of the largest demonstrations against nuclear energy took place in Almelo, in connection with the expansion of the Ultra-Centrifuge Netherlands (UCN). Between thirty and forty thousand people flocked to the edge of the city where UCN is located.
