Loss and return: Exploring collective memory in an Irish family archive 1950 - 1966 through installation art practice
This study examines how personal, autobiographical memories offer potential meaning
for a wider audience. Through interrogating a set of cultural, familial artefacts, I explore
how memory and forgetting are intrinsically linked to our identity, subjectivity and sense
