White, green and silver dress and ensemble by Jean Patou Collection Boutique (1967)

Short, fitted dress, sleeveless with a round neckline. There are two pockets on the front. At the bottom of the skirt, center front, is a small slit with rounded corners. The dress has a green background with white balls, and a light green silk lining. Zip fastening at the back.
