Underskirt in white cotton decorated with lace and decorative stitches

The long underskirt is made of white cotton (batiste). The underskirt is wider towards the bottom. The lower part of the underskirt is separated from the upper part by a border. The lower part is wavy and decorated with four rows of decorative stitches, a strip of lace, again four rows of decorative stitches and again a strip of lace.
