Αναφέρει επίσης ότι ο Πάσιτς πιστεύει ότι η Βουλγαρία έχει τόσο προχωρημένες σχέσεις με τις Κεντροευρωπαϊκές Δυνάμεις και την Τουρκία, που απέρριψε το διάβημα της Αντάντ, παρά τις παραχωρήσεις που εκείνη υπόσχεται.
