Za novou socialistickou Ostravu

A depiction of a construction work of new steel factory in the city of Ostrava as well as of a new housing project for workers. It puts into a contrast a poor living condition of workers before the rise of communism and afterwards. It criticises a luxurious ways of living of burgeoisie.
