On the Palaeobiology of the South American Horned Theropod Carnotaurus sastrei Bonaparte.
Scientific paper published in the Gaia (number 15) entitled "On the Palaeobiology of the South American Horned Theropod Carnotaurus sastrei Bonaparte."
Some palaeobiological traits of the horned carnivorous dinosaur Carnotaurus Bonaparte are assessed. Its body mass and indicator of athletic capabilities are estimated. A model of the jaw mechanics is proposed, including the analysis of the cranial kinesis.
