In order to save money, the State should pour not more than 1,1 billion shillings into hospitals. in order to generate this sum, a form of co-insurance that requires fees for spouses without a job has been introduced. While experts hoped that this new measure would save 850 million shillings, it now seems that it will only be a quarter of that sum.
