Russian tourists in Austria

There's a new discussion in Austria on tourists from Russia. The whole issue was raised when a tourism manager from Kitzbühel spoke in public about introducing a sort of quota systems for tourists coming from Russia. However, Russians tend to chose Austria as destination for their winter holidays and traditionally like to use it as a business location and starting point for further operations.
