The Pompeii of the Sea in Pisa

One of the most important archaeological discoveries of the last millennium is the largest reservoir of ships ever found, called the Pompeii of the Sea. The ships have been already dug and taken to the restoration laboratory. This workshop is highly specialized in the restoration of archaeological wood which is lengthy, complex and expensive.
