Chopper
This chopper is a domestic kitchen utensil used for chopping potatoes in a frying pan. It was made by Finch Brothers of Sticklepath, Devon, circa 1945–6. It consists of a rectangular steel blade, stamped ‘Finch Bros’, which curves in an S-shape to the rounded wooden handle which is parallel, but at a different height, to the cutting blade.
