Based on the presumption that FADD protein (Fas-Associated protein with Death Domain) intermediates apoptotic, necroptotic and autophagic signals after exposure to NB-UVB (Narrowband Ultraviolet B) irradiation, we tested its role of death adaptor using FADD knockout mouse embrionic fibroblasts.
