The lighthouses in the Vestfjord

Vestfjorden is the sea area located just south of Lofoten. This is the most important spawning area for cod and here the annual Lofoten fisheries takes place. In the Vestfjord bassin we find several lighthouses. Amongst these is Skomvær lighthouse situated on an islet extremity of the Lofoten.
