Ziggurat Borsippa
Borsippa was an important city of Sumer about 17.7 km southwest of Babylon on the east bank of the Euphrates. Borsippa is now an archeological site in Babil Governorate, Iraq. The ruins of the ziggurat and the temple of the god Nabu are visible today.
