playing card
One of a set of 30 Chinese playing cards, consisting of narrow rectangular strips of thin card printed with various devices in red and black. This card is the first in the 'Ben' ('coins') suit. There is an inscription at the top of the card, reading 允記, ‘yun ji’, the name of the manufacturer, and a small yin-yang symbol in the centre.
