The Castles in the Loire Valley
We travel to the Loire Valley - otherwise known as the "Garden of France ". We start in the town of Blois. The Loire River is the longest in France and this area is home to about 400 castles and manor houses. One of the town we visited was Amboise where we saw the Clos Lucé manor house. That's where the artist and scholar Leonardo da Vinci spent his last years.
