Incense burner in the form of a peplos-wearing woman
Brûleur d'encens en forme d'une femme portant le peplos dorique
Bronze incense-burner in the form of a woman wearing the doric "peplos" and a head-cover in the form of a net. Her arms are raised in order to hold up a bronze cauldron, where the incense was placed. A perforated cover was placed on the rim in order to leave the smoke from the incense disperse.
